Cash Reward Terms And Conditions

The terms below apply to the mytreefrog.com utility Cash Reward Incentive Scheme (The Scheme) only and to no other incentive or reward run by Industry Carbon Ltd, trading as mytreefrog.com previously, at present or in the future.

In order to be entitled to the benefit of The Scheme you must comply with the following conditions:

1.The Scheme entitles you to apply for a Pre Paid Debit Card, from White Eagle (Europe) Plc. The Card will be delivered to your home address, pre-loaded with 10.00 GBP (sterling), on the day of loading.  For the full terms of use and possible charges when using the card in the UK and Europe, see White Eagle (Europe) Plc Terms & Conditions at the application stage for details).

2.To qualify for the Scheme you need accept the terms and conditions of this offer by clicking your acceptance of the offer box on the websites Activate Your Voucher page. You will also need to review and accept the terms and conditions (T&C’s) applicable to White Eagle (Europe) Plc in conjunction with MasterCard when applying for your card once we have received confirmation that your switch is complete and you are invited to apply by mytreefrog.com by way of an email

3. On acceptance of these terms you will be emailed an electronic voucher to the email address you have supplied in your registration. Your entitlement to the scheme will be valid for 14 days from the date stated on the voucher which will be the date recorded by our system as the date of acceptance of the Schemes T&C’s.  

 4.To qualify for the Cash Reward you will be required to apply for a switch of gas and electricity (dual fuel) supplier within the 14-day period. You can apply to switch in 2 ways. On-line, using the mytreefrog.com comparison service through our portal, or by applying for our call center to contact you. We will contact you by email and or telephone during the 14-day period to ensure you are fully aware of the requirements of the scheme.

 5.On successful transfer of your gas and electricity provision from your present provider to a new supplier as a result of the mytreefrog.com service as defined in section 4 above, you will be invited to complete the on-line application for the currency card as described in section 1 above. You will be required to accept the T&C’s of both White Eagle (Europe) Plc and MasterCard to proceed. Qualification for the receiving the money from mytreefrog.com is subject to acceptance by both White Eagle (Europe) Plc and MasterCard. You will not be credit scored and your status will not be assessed in this process, this action is taken to satisfy regulatory requirements.

 6.The currency card will be delivered to your home address. The home address must be the same address supplied to mytreefrog.com for the utility switch.

 7.The card will operate on the MasterCard platform and be loaded with 10GBP as stated in section 1 above. The card can be used in any outlet where MasterCard is accepted (possible handling charges debited from the card may apply see terms and conditions at the application stage for the card).

 8.The Scheme is only applicable to this utility switch offer and subject to acceptance of your application by the issuers of the currency card.

 9.mytreefrog.com will not issue the funds stated in the T&C’s of this scheme in any manner other than the Pre Paid Debit Card offered by White Eagle (Europe) Plc.

 10.This offer is subject to only one household defined by a completed utility contract with a participating firm within our open market search engine. Applicants must be over 18 years of age and responsible for the payment and contract of the domestic gas and electricity supply to the domestic address.

 11. Industry Carbon Ltd, reserve the right to recoup the value of the Cash Reward from the Pre Paid Debit Card if the account supporting the initial cash deposit by Industry Carbon has not been debited by the applicant after a period of 6 months from the date of issue. This condition is subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuing companies.

 (In plain English, if after 6 months from the delivery date of the card, you haven’t spent the money placed on it by us, we may take it back and call the account dormant, so enjoy!)
